I have this (my second copy now, as I've moved and left my parents w/
my entire kate-on-vinyl collection) and have seen it at two different
stores here in L.A. -- one for $3.00 and the other for $12.00!

Anyway, it should be pretty easy to find. The cover is a photo of her
in her 'Babooska' video getup, with the sword over her head in a
blue circle of 'light' against a black background. This was one of the
first Kate things I'd ever seen -- and she's so tan on it, I thought
she was black!

Um...not that such a thing matters.  :-)
