UK LP cover.  It also shows up on some, but not all, US LP covers.

Rear LP cover, on Kate's right sleeve.  Measure 4 5/8" up from the bottom
(that's around 118mm for you metric fans), and the same distance in from
the left -- and you'll be right on it.
