Dear Karen,

I was lucky enough to get hold of one of the original pomotional
shoe boxed sets. It is an extraordinary beautifully collectors item and
very, very rare. Therefore - unfortunately - the price is high...

The box itself is a blood red shoe box with a round sticker on the lid showing
the original cover artwork picture of "The Red Shoes". On one side
of the box there's another sticker (like on a real shoebox). The sticker
is black and divided in four fields saying:
1. Size: 4. 
2. Colour: Red
3. Style: Ballet and
4. KT. 

The box contains:
- a 2 sided biography (printed on a kind of vellum paper roll held with a red 
velvet ribbon),
- a black "The Red Shoes" pen with golden letters saying "Kate Bush The Red 
Shoes - 1993 (with red ink)
- a video cassette (showing some trailer material to support the album)
- a dia positive picture (showing Kate in a black leather jacket and a black 
skirt. She's sitting on a white "cube" and is
  wearing a pair of red ballet shoes). and
- The Red Shoes CD is enclosed.
