For the record...Kate is on Columbia Records in the U.S,  E.M.I
elsewhere in the world.  Correct me if  I am wrong, but EMI ONLY closed
up shop in the United States.
They did a shitty job handling their artists here, so it wasn't a
suprise to anyone in the industry I'm sure.
