Her voice cracks WHEN?

After reading all the recent posts from those castigating Kate's
vocal on the new version of WH, I listened to it four times in a
row this a.m., and am still at a loss... Surely they're not 
referring to that incredibly lovely, ethereal sustained note that
she ends the bridge with (that's my favorite moment)?  And I happen to 
prefer the new version to the old - the maturity in her voice lends the 
song a greater emotional depth.
