This is most most most EXCELLENT! 

A few highlights:

Don't suppose you can list the order (please).

What do you mean? ie what were his exact words, just;
	The Kick Inside, brother
or did he say:
	The Kick Inside parenthesis brother parenthesis
tell us! This is seriously important. I can understand
why the title could be "Brother", well, I think we all can.
