A few thoughts on the recent thread which resurrected the <TAFKAP>
sessions on _Why Should I Love You?_:

My take on this is that Kate felt she was not welcome at Prince's
(verily, that was his name at the time) studio.  Why She should feel
this way I find no explanation for, except that the rest of the story
makes it more than plausible.  I do not believe her comment is a
reflection on the nation, as a whole, or other individuals therein.

Secondly, considering:

Given that, can you imagine the unspeakable *horror* of Prince's
vision of the song? ;-)
