The photo of KaTe : with the ivy is on the cover of Fred Vermorel's _The Secret History of Kate : Bush (and the strange art of pop)_, which came out in '83.... I've got a poster like this. Mine appears to be an enlargement of the book's front cover with the title and author printed over the picture. I had bought the poster at college from a travelling poster stall and pinned it to my wall. One day while looking at it I suddenly realised it must refer to a book. Years later I found Fred Vermorel's book. r.
