Yes, I can confirm that this video/CD thing is a legit EMI release.
It's due to go on sale here in the UK on 8th August at a special
price of #14.99 for a limited time (#16.99 there after). It is
also scheduled for release across Europe but no details about a
possible US release date as of yet.
