Well, actually, if I had meant to offer a "judgement" I would have
quantified it.  As it was, I was offering an opinion.

I *would* quantify my opinion and offer a judgement, but I don't have the
single here in Rochester with me.  If you'd like to know what bothers me
I'll bring it back with me this weekend and listen to it some more.
