the way i read heath's comments was this: heath objects to jorn and
chris arguing over who plagarized whom. i don't see anything in heath's
comments that imply that you can not complain about uli's "plagarism"
(if, indeed, he did so - a question on which i have no knowledge, no
opinion and no care).

your interpretation reflects your bias on this latest flash point that,
apparently, you've decided to bring up in order to start continue your
tirade against chris who, seemingly, you think controls rec.music.gaffa
with an iron keyboard.
