MoP Single, and Kate Comic!

Just picked up the Collectors' CD Box Set of the Moments of Pleasure single. 
I'm sure I missed some discussion of the cover photo...could someone fill me
in?

Also...I found an issue of (ahem) "Rock 'n' Roll" comics, #58, which is, of
course, a Kate issue.  As I began to read it (finding it cheesy but
interesting), I thought it was somewhat old, but when I got to the end, I
realized that it was at least post-TSW.  Then I found that it was
copyrighted 1993!  I must have also missed some discussion on this.  Anyone
want to fill me in?
