i saw Bjork with 808 State.  808 State were utter crap, miming (badly
and obviously) to their tapes for the whole show.  But then Bjork
appeared at the end to sing "ooops" and "qmart" and it made the whole
thing worthwhile.  She was a tiny little figure in a white bodysuit
with gauzy white "wings" (for lack of a better word) and she ripped it
up mightily.

i had always hoped she'd do more electronic stuff so i was pleased as
punch to get "debut."
