	Aaaaugh!  I held this in my hands once (I think).  It must be
it.  The campus radio station here had it and I begged the Station
Manager to sell it to me.  They said no (official policy and all that),
but later on changed their minds.  By this time, the thing had
disappeared and they haven't found it since.  Very likely someone else
(like myself) recognised its value and unscrupulously (unlike myself)
ripped it off!  That's an epidemic problem up there.	
	Anyway, it had the cover to HoL, except in B&W and the
interview was open-ended (ie. only Kate's responses were recorded; you
read the questions from the cue sheets and it sounds like you're doing
the interview).
