   In the first year of EmptyVee, _Wuthering Heights_ was played quite a
bit. It was even featured in the first self-promotional MTV commercial.
One neat appearance Nick Rhodes and Simon LeBon of Duran Duran's guest
VJ spot. They played _Sat In Your Lap_ and raved about it. They also
played _Shock The Monkey_. Kate was interviewed by MTV by J. J. Jackson
and the _Cloudbusting_ video was played, and a long interview was
recorded in a Hotel room by an off-camera interviewer. Less than 30
seconds of this 40 minute interview was used on MTV Music News.

   Look for the import LP. IMO it's the most beautiful of Kate's
records, and the overlap of the outer cover into the gatefold is the
a very nice design. Hours of fun trying to figure out the meaning
of all them bats an doves.
