Time to drag myself out of lurker mode, just to second that, yes,
"night scented stock" is a truly wondrous source of incredible,
indescribable samples.  Greg (footah!) Bossert and I sampled bits of
it for the ill-fated KaTe installation for Boston KaTemas '91, and
just mapping different bits across a keyboard gave some interesting
results.  I currently have the whole thing sitting on my hard disk,
waiting for me to do something cool with it (besides snipping out
little bits for the system beep on my Amiga...)
