Ran Tan and the Straight Issue

Brent Aliverti wrote that Ran Tan Waltz was a B-side of a single he could
not remember.  Well, I know I have an import (from where I can't remember)
but the A-side on my 45 is Babooshka.  The sleeve has a really great pic
of Kate lying amongst crumpled paper next to a HUGE base.  The other side
has her holding an electric bass.  I whole heartedly agree, Brent, Ran Tan
is amazing!

On another issue:  I'll admit I'm probably a little over sensitive on this
but I can't BELIEVE we are even discussing the relationship between a person's
sexual preference and their love for Kate!  There is about as much a
relationship there as there is between a person's sexual preference and food
preferences!  I should also hope that Kate fans are both attracted by and
much more interested in her music than her admittedly fabulous looks.  Okay, 
I've said my peace.
