Vicki stated that she makes copies of individual songs not entire albums
(when she does an album it's rarely). Well, just to clarify, even copying
one song is still in violation of copyright laws; I wasn't sure if you
understood that from the way you worded your post. Please don't take this
as a condemnation of your practices I'm merely trying to explain the law
(as far as I understand it). I hope this clears up any confusion in the
minds of all Love-Hounds. On a personal note I think there needs to be a
major overhaul in the laws concerning music and book publication.
Litigation has taken things to the point where professors are hard
pressed to give copies of Seutonius without risk of being sued from some
publishing house. Atleast for books there is a point (determined by a
page ratio) as to when copying is illegal, music doesn't seem to have
this "cutting off point."
Also, did anyone catch MTV's 120 Minutes on the night/morning of13/14?
There seems to be a striking similarity between a Killing Joke song and a
recent Nirvana hit...watch the legal press for any pending suits!

Lionheart
