k.d. lang in boston

just wanted to quickly say that i saw k.d. lang at the wang center
in boston this past friday - absolutely great show!!!!  don't miss her!
she managed to do a terrific blend of her new and old material and
told lots of great little stories in between songs.  one of the
highlights was when she said she had something on her chest that she
just had to tell us and then suddenly screamed:

'I.....am....a....Lllllawrence Welk fan!'

bubbles started coming up from the back of the stage, k.d. danced
and lept through them and sang Miss Chatelaine (sp.? - I don't have
the new album...).
