Book of Dreams..this book finally was put back into print in the late 1980's 
by Omnibus Press (I think that's the publisher). The copy I have actaully 
has a photo of Kate on the cover from the Cloudbusting video...a nice item I 
think. 
Ask your local B. Dalton's or WH Smith if they can order it. I think they 
now classify it under New Age books.
