Well, considering how long we've been waiting for the album so far, and there's
not even an optimistic release-date in sight, I'd say you'll get your wish. 
It's definitely taking her more than 5 minutes to put it together, unless she's
doing something positively no one knows about, like co-writing Prince's next
album or something.

It's a b-side.  Her b-sides are never as lovingly handled as her albums and
a-sides, because she has a time limit imposed on her from outside.  I guess
knowing this makes the wait for the albums more tolerable- for me, anyway.  I'd
much rather get something that's had a lot of time put into it.  But as you
said, at this stage, we'll be glad to hear anything!  Kate at her worst is IMO
80,000 times better than Paula Abdul at her best, after all...
