Wendy Mahary and GG Allin

Hi folks! (Ducks nearly extinguished flaming torch). I was listening
to a CD in a neighbourhood record store which sounded quite fetching,
and upon asking the friendly employee-type was informed that it was
by a Wendy Mahary. The first couple o'songs sounded almost like the 
Sundays' vocalist (Harriet Wheeler?) but then the CD started going
every which way, into country, torch songs etc. Anybody have any info?
I'm also looking for info on a band called Single Gun Theory, on Nettwerk
records. I tend to associate this label with Skinny Puppy and such dreck,
but SGT had a very cool-sounding video on 120 Mins a while back. 
Anyone? Vickie( you seem to be up on female artists)?
BTW, Cynthia, it's GG Allin, not Allen. Not that that makes a lot of
difference, he's still rude, crude and lewd....Hmm...maybe you should
check his show out!
