Summary: The ravings of an ArtRock Snob

Hello? Hello? Testing? Why does no-one answer my postings? Am I that boring, or
am I just not getting through? If anyone actually sees this, I'd appreciate some
feedback...anyway, to business.

As an ArtRock Snob and proud of it, I can't see what's so great about "The Big
Sky". IMHO it's the single worst song on _HoL_ (which doesn't mean it's not a
work of genius, but still...). Overlong, totally lacking in lyrical depth, with
a remorseless plodding mechanized beat. Of course, it's good to dance to. But
is it not showing disrespect to KaTe to be using Her music for such a facile
thing as "dancing"? If you wanna dance, you can listen to New Kids on the Block.
KaTe has got better things to do that pack disco floors, like writing works of
Cosmic Significance and Ineffable Meaning. The only acceptable position for
listening to Her Sacred Scriptures is flat on one's back, in a darkened room,
with incense burning and a perfectly clear state of mind. How can you see the
True Depth of KaTe when you're jumping up and down like a bozo? Obviously the
ones participating in the Big Sky Dance Event are not True KaTeFans. Art-Rock
Snobs of the World, unite! You have nothing to lose but your sense of rhythm!

[NOTE FOR THE HUMOUR IMPAIRED: :-) :-) :-)...]
