Hair Of The Hound

Having bought "The Sensual World" video a couple of days ago, I went around
the music shops today looking for "Hair Of The Hound". Unfortuantely none
of the shops here in NZ (I assume that the situation is the same for the
rest of the country) stock HOTH, and none can order it for me (NZ TV/videos etc
are PAL, so that counts out US suppliers, and there's some problem with 
bringing in one off videos due to censorship? or something).
So, what I was wondering is... are there any mail-order firms which stock
HOTH (PAL, not NTSC)? or is it no longer available?
I'd *love* to get hold of it having seen "The Whole Story" video.
Also, what is actually on HOTH?
