Hairy frogs from Neptune forced woiccare@CLUTX.CLARKSON.EDU (Woj) to type: >Oops, one more thing. Does anyone know anything about the bassist on >"the Big Sky" named Youth. I think I've heard of him, but can't place >the name... As |>oug noted, Youth was in Killing Joke; he was their original bassist, and left after their third album, I believe. In any case, he definitely left before they got really boring. After that he formed a hard-funk band called Brilliant, of whom I've hear very little. Love-hounds might be interested in the instrumental album that Youth recorded with Ben Watkins (of Everything But the Girl) a few years ago; it appeared under their two names, I don't recall the album title (but there aren't that many records in the Y section of your local used record stores, are there?) -- Stewart -- "Playing the banjo may make you stupid, but it's worth it." -- Matt Brocchini /* uunet!sco!stewarte -or- stewarte@sco.COM -or- Stewart Evans */
