Never For Ever

I know this may be the wrong time to ask this, with TSW fever running
so high, but this question came to me recently.

The album titles "The Kick Inside", "The Dreaming", "Hounds of Love",
and "The Sensual World" are all also the names of songs on the
album.  "Lionheart" refers to a song on that album.

Where the heck did she come up with "Never For Ever"?

Anybody got any ideas/information on this?
