I believe it is the phrase "I don't need your sympathy" recorded (or
digitally reproduced) backwards.  If you play the lp backwards, you
can hear that the sound was altered so the volumes would sound right
in the other direction (forward).  That way, it doesn't sound like
aeeiiISSDahPNIiESS rrooohE etc.
