... like people who mention Yes a lot, and say they don't like
them ... I generally consider these, though, to be people who
listened to them when they were 13, and thus don't appreciate
the gestalt group dynamics.

On the other hand, you could try to convince me that Joy
Division had any redeeming qualities, so that I don't have to
remain convinced you like them just because it shows you are
"cool" ... otherwise I must attribute this comment to cargo cult
science.
