She's not thanked on O(+>'s 'The Gold Experience', however, she is indeed
thanked in the liner notes to '91's Diamonds & Pearls.

Also, re; her lack of aparent vox in My Computer.  If you listen... either
with dreaming plug or simply just headphones, you can clearly hear Kate
sing the entire song with O(+>.  when mixing, O(+> put kates vox right
underneath his & sequenced it so it sounds like a computer track.... but
she is there - you can hear her - brilliant in my estimation.
