It does seem to be available in NTSC format. CDnow @

There's lots of flagrant nudity in the film, primarily of Amanda
Donohoe (five of the eight scenes got "top rating" in Craig Hosoda's
"The Bare Facts Video Guide"). This might presumably affect which
stations are willing to air it.
