Message posting delays, Part 2

For everyone else's information/edification, I thought I'd post part of
a reply I got from the "Assistant Extra-Humble Psuedo Moderator":

So the moral of the story is to sign up for love-hounds.  And to use
the ID you signed up with for postings.  I'll try.
