Don't forget that John's life changed dramically between Imagine and
Double Fantasy.  Especially from 1975-1980.  John became a "daddy" again
and this time he took it VERY seriously...the whole "family" thing.  
Double Fantasy may be dealing with different subject matter...but it's no less
powerful than was Imagine.
