The "No.16" I referred to was the KBC mailshot you got if you sent a
stamped, addressed envelope marked "SAE 16" to the KBC.  Since the "send
us an SAE to get the next mailing" scheme started (in '94?) these
mailings now usually only consist of one photocopied A4 page. And yes,
it seems there have been 16 of them...
