i just saw this recently.  It was in colour, so i presume that it was the
remake of the older one that inspired our Kate. ?

it got to me.  I wasn't really expecting it to, as I'd always filed the
story (which I've read part of, I know, I'm a slacker) as 'stupidly
passionate and abusive'...not very admirable at all.  However, I felt some
of Heathcliff and Cathy's pain.  unwrap, unwrap...
