Left hand drive

Just a thought about the left-hand drive on the car
in Kate Bush's "This Woman's Work" video:  the story
originates from the American movie "She's Having a
Baby", in which Kate's song made its first appearance.
Considering the enormous amount of American period
detail she put into the "Cloudbusting" video out of respect
for the setting of that story, it doesn't seem unreasonable 
to hyphothesize that the left-hand drive in "TWW" was
another deliberate reference to place.
