TSW picture CD

The picture CD of TSW is the Canadian release.  The UK and US and Japanese
releases do not have photos printed on them.  I vaguely remember a possible
promo picture CD in the UK, but not the regular release.

I also think that "sand through fingers" shot was made into a subway poster,
but all mine are rolled so I can't check easily.  Anyone?
