     Don asked if a video was available for TWL.  No, not as such, but Kate 
     did a wonderfully theatrical performance of it on her "Kate" TV 
     special many moons ago.  The whole show is great and if you can find 
     anyone who has a copy please persuade tem to let you watch it - I 
     don't think you will be disappointed.
