Wasn't the info from Lindsay Kemp in reference
to the Tour/Video That Never Was?  There was some 
stuff printed somewhere about Kate securing 
the services of Jim Henson's company and using
Lindsay Kemp again, presumably in preparation 
for something that never actually came to pass; 
but IED is not sure that it had anything to do 
with The Red Shoes.  This should all be in 
the archives somewhere.
