Excuse me, but didn't it say in Vermorel's book (The Secret Life of Kate 
Bush) that Kate was Cathy all throughout her childhood?  Even though I go 
by my full name now, as a child I was called a nickname, and my close 
family still uses it.  Couldn't she just be *both* Cathy and Kate, as 
someone could be *both* "Teresa" and "Terry?"
