In the U.S. all real estate transactions are public record and are usually
published in the newspaper once a week or son, giving the seller, buyer,
address, and price.  

If this is also true in England a little minor sleuthing through real estate
transactions should produce the desired address.  Remember to share so we
can send flowers on Her birthday next year!
