Though my taste changes from week to week, these are the top five non-Kate CDs 
in my changer these days:

1) Soundtrack, Secret of Roan Inish
2) Sarah McLaughlin - Fumbling Towards Ecstasy
3) Clara Schumann - various recordings of her work
4) Holly Cole - Blame it on my youth
5) Irish Jigs and Reels arranged for solo guitar

I'd be interested in seeing what five books everyone is reading right now:

1) The Emotional Life of Animals - Moussaief
2) Liar's Club - Mary Karr (not to be confused with the similarly named movie)
3) A Tour of the Calculus - what's-'is-name 
4) Carry On Jeeves - Wodehouse
5) The Wellspring - Sharon Olds
