I tried to post this a couple of days ago but I didn't
see it appear to I'm trying again.

I was looking through the latest Goldmine and I came
across an add for Kate's book  'Cathy'.  It was the
the first time I'd seen it for sale.  How rare is it?
How many pages?  Is it worth the $100.00 price tag?
I've seen scans of some (all?) of the pages which are
pictures of Kate in her younger years.
