 I was thumbing through the latest Goldmine magazine
and I came across a listing for the 'Cathy' book.
It is the first time I have seen one for sale.  How
rare is this book?  How big is it?  Is it worth
what they were asking ($100.00 US)?
I downloaded scans of several of the books pages
so I kinda know a little about it but what else
is in the book?  Please respond to me or 
rec.music.gaffa since I am not on the mailing
list.
