Not sure what the song is about, but the verse you posted has the phrase "bean in Eirinn" three times, which means "lady of Ireland." So Obviously it's about a girl. "beo" means alive, lively or quick. "fhearr" is a feminine of Fearr, which means better or best. "bhinne"is fem of binne, sweet-sounding or melodious. "Ceoil" is music. So the second line has something to do with a beautiful song, I guess, sung by or about said Irish lady. The rest of it, well, you got me.
