If you think this - the greatest country on the planet - is bad, try living
in one of the various African dictatorships, or how about Indonesia,
Singapore (supposedly "benign'), just about anywhere in South America,
Honduras, Guatemala, or the prime choice - Red China! Try a year or two,
and if they let you out alive, come right on back and VOTE for a change.
Throwing the bums out is still the best medicine. 
 
Quit whining and do some good.
