According to my TRS discography (http://www.epcc.ed.ac.uk/~st/kt93.txt),
the two CD-singles are:

11/07   GB      And So is Love          CD5     EMI CDEM355
                (ASiL/RBG(US)/EtM 12")

11/07   GB      And So is Love (deluxe) CD5     EMI CDEMS355
                (ASiL/RBG(US)/EtM 12")          (jewel-box w/ prints)

So they have the same tracks, different packaging, apparently.
