The Dent

To upset sage barney-boy (27) a bit, I come up with an especially annoying
topic: 

*** The Dent in KaTe's left Cheek ***

It can be seen on many photos and videos and it often looks like a dent in
her left cheek. But sometimes it disappeares. It's not always visible. It's
particularly striking when SHE's smiling or laughing. In the Hammersmith
video a white(?) spot (glitter?) can be seen at this position. 
(This might support the extraterrestrial life-form hypothesis, but I'm not
sure.)
Cosmetic/Medical specialists? Any serious ideas?
I can life without an answer, but whenever I see it, I'm wondering about
this interesting broken symmetry. 

Anybody else noticed that?

Re the God-issue:
There is at least one well documented case, where KATEBUSHMUSIC(tm) has
brought a person back to life actually (see Homeground 44, p. 15, prepare
for tears).
