Peaking?

Surely you cannot say that an artist has peaked or not peaked until you are
able to consider their entire body of work. In the hopes that Kate still has a
large number of excellent albums in her, I would say that this discussion
should wait until each work can be considered against the merits (or lack
thereof) of the whole body of work.
