Red Shoes Booklet...

Greetings Lovehounds!

Remember when The Red Shoes came out?  alot of us sorta
complained about the "booklet"...we thought that it
would probably fall apart after a few months because it's
a fold-out thing instead of a regular booklet.  

Has this actually happened to any of you?   Mine looks
fine except for some wear along the top and bottom edges
of the booket when it's folded.   Are they still
issuing the CD with a foldout booklet?
