'lo all.

I haven't seen any mention of this here yet although I suspect that it's
fairly common knowledge throughout the KaTe speaking world. There is a
set of 12 Christmas cards for sale in aid of the 'War Child' charity, the
cards being designed by various artists, as you may of guessed by now, as
I wouldn't bother writing this otherwise, one of the cards is designed by
our very own KATE! In fact her design graces the front cover of the box!
It is the 'Red Shoes' shot from the cover of TRS but wearing ice-skates
and balancing on a roof.

And another thing, whilst walking through Plymouth city-center, for that
is where I live, I chanced to hear a familiar sound. Instantly my ears
pricked up for the delicate sound of DWBMA invaded by ears. A brief
moment of audio-location revealed the beautiful music to be emminating
from a large ferris wheel. Odd! As is often the case at this particular
time of year the whole city becomes a festivity of fairground
attractions, the aforemenioned ferris wheel being only one of the many
brightly coloured noisy things but what a pleasant change this was. A
vast improvment over Slade anyway ;) What was even more exciting was the
fact that they where playinig the 'bongoes' version of DWBMA.

Back to lurking.
